Simplify your hydronic radiant heating installation with a professionally assembled electric boiler system organized on one ready-to-install panel.
This complete system combines the electric boiler, circulator pump, expansion tank, air-management components, system controls and stainless steel PEX manifold in one organized mechanical assembly. The preassembled design helps reduce field piping and component assembly while creating a clean, professional installation.
Choose a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6-loop manifold configuration based on the number of PEX heating circuits required for your radiant floor heating project.
Complete radiant heating panel: The electric boiler, circulator, expansion tank, system controls and PEX manifold are professionally arranged on one mounting panel. Final electrical, thermostat, system-water and PEX connections are completed at the installation location.
This electric boiler panel is designed to serve as the heat source, circulation system and distribution point for a closed-loop hydronic radiant floor heating system.
Heated water moves from the electric boiler through the circulator and stainless steel manifold. The manifold distributes the heated water through the connected PEX circuits before it returns to the panel to be reheated.
Individual manifold controls allow the flow through each radiant loop to be adjusted and balanced as part of a properly designed system. The organized panel format keeps the primary mechanical components accessible for installation, operation and future service.
Radiant heating system selection should be based on a professional heat-loss calculation, required water temperature, PEX loop lengths, building insulation, local climate and available electrical service. Square footage alone is not sufficient for accurately sizing the heating system.
The electric boiler requires a properly sized dedicated electrical circuit. Breaker size, conductor size and final electrical requirements must be confirmed for the boiler supplied with the panel.
Final electrical work, thermostat wiring, system piping, PEX connections, filling, purging, startup and commissioning should be completed by qualified professionals in accordance with the equipment instructions and applicable codes.
