Warranty & Customer Policies

Professional workmanship. Clear warranty support.

Warming Systems Hydronic stands behind the craftsmanship of our pre-assembled hydronic panels and helps customers navigate the applicable warranties provided by individual component manufacturers.

3-year craftsmanship coverage Manufacturer warranties honored Coverage follows the original property
Manufacturer warranty honored and 3-year craftsmanship warranty

Who Is Covered

Coverage applies to the original purchaser of the eligible panel. If the property where the panel was originally installed is sold, Warming Systems will honor the remaining portion of the original three-year craftsmanship warranty for the subsequent property owner.

A property transfer does not restart or extend the warranty period. Coverage remains measured from the original purchase date. Proof of the original purchase, installation address, product information, photographs or other documentation may be requested when reviewing a claim.

What the Craftsmanship Warranty Covers

The craftsmanship warranty applies to a confirmed defect caused by factory assembly work performed by Warming Systems. This may include factory-completed panel mounting, piping, wiring or component assembly that does not conform to the panel's intended build quality.

Craftsmanship coverage may include

  • Defects in assembly work completed by Warming Systems
  • Problems with factory-completed mounting or connections
  • Repair or replacement of the affected workmanship
  • Warranty review and support from our U.S.-based team

Coverage does not include

  • Defects in individual components covered by a manufacturer
  • System design, sizing, compatibility or product-selection errors
  • Installation, field piping, wiring, filling, purging or startup work
  • Damage caused after the panel leaves our facility

Additional exclusions

The craftsmanship warranty does not cover a failure or damage to the extent it is caused by:

  • Improper installation, application, system design, sizing, piping, wiring, startup, operation or maintenance
  • Failure to follow applicable product instructions, manufacturer requirements, codes or accepted trade practices
  • Freezing, corrosion, unsuitable water quality, incompatible chemicals or glycol mixtures, excessive pressure or temperature, electrical problems or other site conditions
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, improper transportation or normal wear
  • Damage caused by alteration, disassembly, modification, relocation or repair performed after delivery
  • Freight or parcel-shipping damage, which is handled under the applicable shipping and carrier-claim procedures
  • Cosmetic differences that do not affect the safe and intended operation of the panel
Unless Warming Systems approves otherwise in writing, warranty coverage does not include troubleshooting or diagnostic labor, removal, disconnection, reinstallation, reconnection, installer labor, travel, service-call charges, shipping, freight, property damage, system downtime, loss of use or incidental or consequential costs.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Pumps, controls, valves, tanks, boilers, thermostats and other individual components may be covered by written warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. Warming Systems honors the applicable original manufacturer warranties and can help identify the correct manufacturer, documentation or claim process.

Manufacturer claims remain subject to the manufacturer's coverage period, exclusions, installation and maintenance requirements, documentation requirements, available remedy and final claim decision. Warming Systems does not control a manufacturer's review, repair, replacement, reimbursement decision or processing timeline.

A manufacturer component warranty and the Warming Systems craftsmanship warranty cover different issues. A component failure does not automatically indicate a defect in panel craftsmanship, and the three-year craftsmanship warranty does not extend or replace the duration of an individual manufacturer's warranty.

Available Craftsmanship Remedy

If Warming Systems confirms that an eligible issue is covered by the three-year limited craftsmanship warranty, Warming Systems will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected panel, assembly or portion of the workmanship as it determines appropriate.

Warming Systems must be given a reasonable opportunity to review the reported issue and determine the appropriate remedy. Do not return a panel or component, authorize third-party work, disassemble the panel or incur shipping or repair costs without first receiving written instructions from Warming Systems.

Warranty coverage remains tied to the original purchase date and does not restart following a repair, replacement or property transfer, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly confirmed by Warming Systems in writing.
